Conference
Rooms and Equipment
We
provide conference rooms free of charge for those staying
in our hotels. The rooms seat up to 120, in various configurations
(including theatre-style or arranged for meetings, talks or
lectures).
All conference rooms are air-conditioned. Plasma screens and
video conferencing facilities are also available.
Standard audiovisual equipment is also provided, including
a 35mm slide projector, an overhead projector, a video, a
DVD, a microphone, a flip-chart, a lectern, a wall-mounted
projection screen and a video-projector, as well as pens and
paper.
Other equipment not mentioned in this manual can also be provided
(fee payable).
Other services
include Secretarial,
photocopying, fax and wi-fi internet services are also available
for a fee.
